As an AmeriCorps member you may serve your community full-time, part-time or during the summer. You will receive a living allowance and other benefits while you serve, and an education award of up to $5,550 after completing your term of service. You may tutor children, weatherize low-income housing, construct nature trails, or take part in any number of meaningful service projects. You will receive extensive training and get help in developing a plan for your education or career. You will make a difference.
