  1. Volunteer for an organization devoted to helping resolve that issue. You may find that organization in the VolunteerWV! database.
  2. So there's no organization devoted to your issue? You may want to start your own 501(3)(c).
  3. Contact your elected officials.
  4. Get your information out there!
