The West Virginia Business Volunteer Council (BVC), in partnership with the West Virginia Commission for National and Community Service developed a seven- minute video featuring West Virginia's Governor, First Lady and state business leaders. The video will be used as a tool throughout 2008 to promote volunteerism, community service and membership to the BVC.
